Working above and adjacent to a sensitive waterway and creek-bed system (Wilson Creek), works included the environmental planning and regular monitoring to mitigate any environmental disturbance risks.

The general scope of works that was carried out on this project included demolition of the existing single span bridge, cast in-situ bored piles, cast in-situ abutments, manufacture and erection of 750mm deep super-t-beams, reinforced concrete (RC) deck, the manufacture and installation of steel barrier railing and off structure barriers.

Additionally, rock beaching of the creek embankments, safety barrier terminals to tie into the existing road formation and all associated roadwork, inclusive of sealing and line marking.
